How to rehydrate your skin after a long-haul flight

It is no secret that flying can be pretty hard on your body and with the air on board having less moisture than the Sahara desert it is no wonder that we often find ourselves disembarking with dull, grey, dehydrated skin.

For those that know me, or are regular readers of this blog you will know that I am a bit of a skincare fanatic, and when I first started working as cabin crew I quickly noticed the effect that regular long haul flights were having on my skin.
